1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by FSLS Solution, including accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll processing, advisory, compliance, and software implementation services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Service-Based Nature of Work
FSLS Solution provides professional, time-based, and knowledge-based services. Once work has commenced, resources are allocated and billable hours are incurred. As a result, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
3. Cancellation Policy
Ongoing Monthly Services
Clients may cancel recurring monthly services (such as bookkeeping, payroll, or Virtual CFO services) by providing 30 days written notice.

Services will continue through the end of the notice period.

Outstanding invoices must be paid in full prior to termination.
Project-Based Services
For one-time or fixed-scope projects (cleanup, tax preparation, software setup, migration, etc.):

Cancellation prior to work commencement: Eligible for refund minus any administrative fees.

Cancellation after work has started: Fees are billed proportionally based on work completed to date.
4. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Situations

Completed services

Missed deadlines caused by delayed client documentation

Regulatory penalties due to inaccurate client-provided information
5. Tax Filing Services
Once a tax return has been prepared and delivered for client review, service fees are considered earned.
If a return has already been electronically filed or submitted to tax authorities, fees are non-refundable.
6. Subscription & Retainer Services
Monthly retainers and advisory services are billed in advance.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing cycles.

Clients remain responsible for fees during the notice period.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact FSLS Solution directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal recovery of fees.
8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Modification of Policy
FSLS Solution reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
